Last March I bought a dfs sofa on a by now pay in a year contract.
However last month I moved house and now my sofas don't fit properly.
    Do I have any options?
I want to sell or trade but it's annoying cause I haven't even started paying for them yet.
Are there company's that do exchanges or anything like that?

You should have measured the size of the sofa and checked it would fit. As far as I know there are no companies who do exchanges, selling it privately is your best option.

How much extra room does the sofa need ?

Can you not rearrange the furniture to make it fit ?

Saw 1 of the ends off ?

Just don't do this to make it fit and try and return it.

I bought a DFS sofa last year on the same standard DFS interest free credit deal.

There were VERY clear in their T&C's about it being the buyers responsibility to ensure it fits in the EXISTING property.

I'm afraid you're stuck with it. As others have said, private sale is your best bet. Clearly that's not going to cover the whole debt though so you're just going to have to cut your losses i'm afraid.

15 years ago I got married, and my wife looked stunning. But since then she's put on a load of weight and generally let herself go. Anyone want to swap for a smaller model ? :rotfl:

Would you consider swapping her for an oversized sofa?
