Hi all, is it just me?
I can't log in mysurvey any more. It say that my account is inactive. I have sent a ticket but no reply yet.
It might be a coincidence but I am also expecting a payment from my survey.
I hope it is a glitch. I have googled the error and it looks like it's a common issue and nobody has been able to recover their account.

I have found that I have the same issue this evening, I have written to find out what's happened. It's very odd.0

I've just managed to log in. You had me worried as I am expecting a payout albeit small.:)

I had this a few years ago when i was a member.
They didn't answer any emails and then I thought to contact them via a different email(another of my own not theirs ) and hey presto an immediate reply which accused me of changing my demographics (which was rubbish).
They advised me to join again with a new name and email forfeiting any rewards earned under the original account which seemed illogical to me given that they had accused me of changing my details so why would they be interested in my membership??
My guess is,my kids (or I ) became old enough that my demographics were no longer of interest to them.0 -
That happened to me a few weeks ago, just before I was about to redeem my points. I raised a ticket but got no response. Then I had one of their emails inviting me to do a survey and I replied saying I couldn't because it was saying my account was inactive. I got a reply after a few minutes saying it was because I had logged in from a different country but they would reactivate it on that occasion. It was actually because I was using my office laptop at home and it uses the company's web proxy which is in Europe somewhere. So now I'm careful to only log in using my own PC.0

I got a reply to my enquiry today saying:"We are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution, please bear with us while we try to resolve the matter."
Just need to wait, I suppose, but at least I know that there is a general problem, and probably all is not lost.
Update! All Sorted
Have just checked - I'm back active again! I was worried as I had a big balance!!0 -
John I had the same email as yours and eventually all seems fine and well, but I'll probably quit my survey soon. I've only earned £40 in a year and I have better sites than that.0

All was well but last week the account went inactive again! No response to two messages now. I'm hoping to get a response of some sort imminently - it's really frustrating.0
