Hi all
I live in a building split into flats. Have a friend who buying one next to me. So I loan my entire document like boundaries etc. as each flat owners also owns the leasehold. Now they took the document to theirs solicitors who is holding onto some as want to look into more. Also got told we should not have some this document and that our solicitors should have these but hey ho. Will this cause any problems thou?
I got married in 2011 took wife name on.. Change name on everything inc mortgages but not on deeds etc.. Is this a big issue that house and deeds still under my old surname?

No, this isn't a problem.
Well some of the documents (not sure what we have as not have them at the moment) should be stored at our solitors according to our friend solictors who looks at them.
As for name change so no problem even a life insurance payout wont affect it??0
