Real People Help

Options
Does anyone know how to change your contact details on the Real People website? I've just entered one of the comps on their website, and noticed that my address was wrong. I changed it on that comp's entry form, went to another, and found that the address was still showing incorrectly. I was going to enter the comps from the latest weekly issue, but can't find any way of seeing my address to check if it's correct.

I had this problem late last year with a couple of them.

Changed it and it didn't seem to work, but the next day it was correct.

Have you tried logging out, clearing your cookies and restarting, then logging back in to see if it's updated? Otherwise use the contact form and give all details.

I've checked since and my correct address is still okay.

Weird. It didn't work the first time, but I've just tried entering another comp, after logging out, etc, and it's now showing my correct house number.

The really annoying thing is that I don't normally enter the mag dailies, only the comps from the weekly mag, and obviously have no idea knowing how long they've had my address wrong in their system. I've sent them a message via their contact form, and I'll just have to wait and see if they reply. They really should have some way of checking your contact details on the site.

I know there were issues with their site before, but at least back then there was the option to enter your details manually each time you entered.

EDIT: They've responded incredibly quickly. The details I gave them on the contact form are the ones they've got registered. Of course, paranoid that I am, I still can't help wondering if they were incorrect for any real length of time.

[STRIKE]In the past I have had an e-mail before the prizes were sent, if they still do that you will not have missed anything.[/STRIKE]

Most recently it has just been a letter and no e-mail
