Help!!!
I was supposed to be having guests over for dinner but they now can't come at the last minute so I've got a sausage casserole cooking in the oven and don't know what to do with it?
OH eats it but he can't (I won't let him
) have it all in one sitting...
Question is-
What do I do with it? Has it been wasted or can I store it and re-heat it?
(It also has onions in it)
I'm useless at these things cos I don't eat meat
Thanks...

Hi there
Yep..you can either leave it in the fridge for a couple of days (if you can trust hubby;) )...or if you want you can portion it up and whack it in the freezer.... then just let it defrost in the fridge and re-heat on a low heat in the oven, or let hubby nuke it in the micro.:D-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Thanks hun :j
Not going to trust it 'alone' in the fridge so I'm going to freeze it- it'll be too much hassle for him to defrost AND re-heat it :rotfl:0
