Gym's post baby

My daughter is three month old now and im finding it impossible to get to the gym as there's no one to look after her. I also now have no means of transport to get there as i've just moved house and my car has died on me yet im locked in a contract and wondering whether anyone knows of any claws to get out of it? I've asked them if i can pay it off but they wont allow it and i just cant afford to continue payments with a new baby and house. any ideas are welcomed

There must be some way out of the contract. There can not be no way out of it. Do you pay monthly? Can you not just cancel your DD and write them a letter confirming what you have done and why?
On another note, have you been checked over by your doc to say you can exercise again yet?
