Would it be possible to rewrite your post with punctuation and minus the text speak? No employer would recruit you to an office/ admin role with your current written skills. If you need help with this your local college can offer basic literacy courses - this could massively improve your chances of employment.0

Do you have a reason for wanting to work part time only?0 -
If you want to change jobs it is finding something else that interests you really, then looking into education / experince to get there.
You could look at apprentiships but they would be full time I'd think http://notgoingtouni.co.uk/
You could look into volenteering in different areas to get more skills, eg admin / office work.
You could do courses on coursera.org / edx to find different things that interest you for free - don't bother with the full certificates as they aren't official yet, but you can put on your cv you've done the courses, which will show you're willing to improve and develop in your own time. Or look at evening courses at your local college, or vision2learn / learn direct depending on what level of education you're starting at.MFW OP's 2017 #101 £829.32/£5000

...A new business start up who are 'building the brand'
Classed as a contact centre/online company I once found myself using live chat and monitoring website traffic (rather over always on the telephones to drum up biz) to see if we could get people to engage with us, only problem was the quietness, the risk of it going pear shaped and unknown if we were going to really get the customers, but it was relaxed and carefree if honestly affordable
That or retail worker? If you can get in as it seems retail can be a hard transition the older you become0 -
I cant take the pay cut to volenteer or apprenticeship. I just feel like a dead end0

You could volunteer whilst working in your current job, with the aim of gaining new skills and improving your CV for future job prospects.0
