the best way to start is to look at what youve got in and use everything up.
If you like you can post up whats in your fridge & freezer & cupbaords and we can suggest what can be made for that?
Hope you get well soon
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Sorry to hear about your injury... Hope you feel better soon.
Could you make soups for the packed lunches? Hearty and filling - could take in a flask...
Cheap and filling meals for me here mean:
Corned beef hash
Any kind of potato bake
Pasta + any sauce I fancy
Spaghetti Bolognese (maybe batch cook on a weekend and get someone to help with chopping/cooking??)
Chilli and rice
Am all out for now but will try to think of some more for you...
Get well soon!

Have you checked on the employment board if you're entitled to more than SSP, since it happened at work?
I hope you have a speedy recovery. The links Tiff has kindly pointed you towards should help in the meantime. What kind of food do you like?May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
