Free Prize websites

Hi all
I am new to comping and wondered whether it was worth using websites such as UKPrize and Prizefinder which are free to join? Any tips on how to find good competitions would be helpful.
I like doing sudokus and crosswords so any sites with prizes would be good.

Why would you need any other competition websites when you are already on the best ?
We have thousands posted on here and an easy to use system which allows you to track what you have entered or bypassed

I started in December. I never looked at another comp site just made my way through here now I've caught up I just do thr new ones dailyStarted comping 7/12/15
Prize fund 2015: £55.89
