Love2Shop voucher problem - TK Maxx wouldn't accept

I really wasn't sure where to post this sorry.

For Christmas we got £40 in Love2Shop vouchers (not yet spent) from family members. In January I got £150 in Love2Shop vouchers from work (£110 of which I've spent with no issues). I think it's reasonable to assume in both cases that the vouchers are legit.

However in TK Maxx yesterday - the same store that I used some of these Love2Shop vouchers in a couple of weeks ago - wouldn't accept the vouchers. They cited a broken red line running vertically down the voucher and said they'd been told that week by Love2Shop not to accept any vouchers where the line was broken as these could be fraudulent. Both batches of vouchers have the same identical broken line.

They advised me to contact Love2Shop which I've just done via email, but I wondered whether anybody else had had issues recently?
