Zopa "security checks"

Husband desperately needs his loan application with Zopa to be accepted.

Applied last night (5th Feb) and this afternoon he has missed a call and had a text from them asking him to call them to "go through security" with them.

I'm eager to help him to do the best we can to try and make sure this all goes through.

Can anyone advise what this call will entail? Does he need to have particular financial information to hand while he is on the phone?

Hi I applied Thursday evening, had an email on Friday morning asking me to call them. I called and they just asked the reason for the loan and if I was married. Within the hour I got an email to say it had been approved, so pretty painless.
