Barclaycard Contact Details

Hi

Does anyone have a contact email for Barclaycard? I can't use the online service and I have tried searched this site and the internet. I have also tried messaging them on Facebook.

Preferably I would like the email for the complaints department but any way to contact them by email would be great.

They don't have a contact email address, that they make publicly available anyway.

Companies aren't obliged to set up a specific email for complains and there isn't a specific email for complaints on that list but you could certainly use one of the methods to ask them what email address you could use to send a complaint.

It's generally quicker and easier to follow whatever their complaints procedure is - this might not include sending an email.
