Hi, I need your support, I am depressed
Our mortgage advisor has deceived us. We want to buy a house. Our Mortgage advisor gave us empty promises. We believed. We have already spent about £ 2,000 for his applications, surveyors etc. Day after day is worse.
Firstly, the lack of communication (always busy, he never has time for us).
Second, He did already 3 applications, I fear that he broke down our credit score.
Thirdly, bank gives us currently about £100 000 less then he calculated from beginning.
Currently, I am afraid, I don't know what's going on.
This is our second property. We have about a 16% deposit. Acceptable income. Expenses about 20 000.
I don't know what to do, know. Find a new MA, or try ourself in the banks?

First slow down.
How have you been deceived? Has he said he can get you more money than the banks are agreeing to.
How have you spent £2000 in fees if the banks arnt agreeing to lend?
Why have 3 applications been necessary? And when he said one had failed why was this and why was the next one expected to be better?
What is your income? How much are you trying to borrow? What's the monthly payment on the 20k expenses?I am a Mortgage Adviser
