Hello MSE forum
Your thoughts on this please and if a broker is able to offer assistance.
I have worked for the same company since 2003 and its been based out of Thailand and I've been based in Thailand. They set up a UK subsidiary 5 months ago so they can still employ me and pay me through the UK subsidiary. I am an employee. I earn 90K a year with annual bonus.
Will I be able to get a mortgage or will the underwriters hate the look of this?

Sounds a very convenient arrangement. That's a high overhead for a new business with minimal income. You've no UK track record at all nor has the Company for that matter. Get those first year accounts filed as soon as possible after the Company's year end.0

Thanks and understood.
It's all provable though from wages slips to my overseas back account, company website, public accounts. They can phone the office etc and all our partners advertised on websites etc.
What's your thoughts please? I'm from the UK initially. I have been told lenders will look at it.0 -
Does anyone else have any thoughts on this? It's just we want to know our options, we have spoken to a broker who said he knows four lenders who will look at this. We have a 75K deposit, will that help on a 300k house?0
