Oh you have sneaked in FC :eek:, Goodnight to you too.
I didn't realise it was Snaps birthday tooI've been battling a big black cloud all week.
I've wished VT a very happy birthday elsewhere. I've spent the day putting alpaca poo in my raised bedsI'm very fortunate to have a colleague with a (herd?) of alpacas. Does anyone know what a group of alpacas is called? they're very friendly

Anyway, enough larder talk from me, off to nut the pillow, so I wake up all happy happy in the morning
Night all

May I suggest if someone works hard enough to earn a holiday that they be allowed to enjoy that holiday in peace. there is nothing to be gained from re-iterating the reason why someone earned a holiday. I think the point has been made and the bigger people should move on.
just my thoughts.
Goodnight all X0 -

I've just read a PM from you and you are one of the most astute, caring and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We hear of a lot of tears here lately because of people's situations....which are horrible.
you brought me to the verge of tears with your message. that sort of honesty is rare and I thank you for it. You are a good friend to have. And for the record....I don't cry often0 -
Late entry here.:o
Mhoc I found your top, but only in a size 8. So sorry.
No wine for me, one lonely bottle on the shelf:( I did look up, and I collared a reluctant young man to check the warehouse. Bit peeved as VT wanted some too.
FC here's hoping there is a rainbow for you behind that black cloud. Sending you a dodgy hug from me and VT :grouphug:

I will certainly remember my 55th Birthday...
Dad wanted to eat by the fire, why? as there is only a low coffee table there.....so we got him down the ramp.
Mum brings in the Chinese, Dad can't reach, we stack up trays, we move the table, so Mum holds the side of his plate, whilst trying to start her own meal... he drops more & moans, meanwhile Mum has yet to take a mouth full...
I then clear coffee table & take it all up to proper table on the 'circle' end of room.
We then have to get him up the ramp & by this time he's gone 'dopey' so can't steer or aim for ramp. After 4 attempts I put chair in neutral & try & push him up ramp... we get on ramp & I switch chair back on & ask him to drive it up... he only put the chair in reverse.....
Eventually we reach the big table & settle down to eat our meal, 30 minutes after we started.... He then states 'it's cold!'
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I wonder why?
So meals microwaved & off we start again. He then stresses about noodles dropping on floor... back to the kitchen to get a pinny. Does the job of a napkin & with the end tucked under his plate, will also catch the dropped food :T:T
I think this is the most active meal I have ever eaten, up & down stairs to the kitchen, pushing a mobility chair... no wonder I now have indigestion:o:o
One day we will look back & laugh heartily - bless him :A
Last night he rang the bell at 1.15am, Mum got up &
went down concerned.
He was hungry :eek::eek::eek:
:rotfl::rotfl:
I've just read this and I'm :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: think I've woken one or two people up :eek:
