    I got the same message, but on a receipt that I had thought I had printed the APG for but hadn't and now cant remember the random email I used.:(

    binned it, as i dont usually print small ones. its now mixed in with another 30 wombles so shant go looking for it. but i should have kept it to see if things are changing
