2nd claim was from an offer in January which showed as available after the 89p offer was paid. Be careful if Quidco have offers that refresh/extend/repeat ! (TCB too i guess)

There was a focus on this a few weeks ago on BBC, Trust me, I'm a doctor.' Series 4, Prog 2. It's still on iplayer & worth watching. Mostly about cleaning products but candles also came into it. It seems house plants can help counteract the damage.

Did it change back to 1? If so worth contacting again as that would suggest a new offer (even if on the same item). Otherwise they are encouraging purchases with false advertising?
