Happy new home to you :)
I went with sky broadband and it's over 3 weeks to wait. How is that possible?! Surely someone just flicks a switch somewhere and hey presto you're online :rotfl: I am rather impatient though :p nothing like the bother you're having though :( hope.you get it sorted soon.

    Is your landline paid for
still through BT or through sky?

We have been without a landline now for over 2 weeks. Apparently its a level 2 problem and BT open zone ate digging the road up.
Tommorow evening we are supposed to be getting a call back from sky - it's been scheduled.

The phone still rings but when you pick it up it won't connect. I tried for several days to get sky to divert incoming calls to the mobile but they said they could not.

I've had to put my mobile number as my main contact on several things recently so I will probably be plagued by scam calls now for years to come.

In the meantime I have found sky's HQ address so I will be composing a complaints letter tommorow in readiness for whatever is said on the call back. I don't see any hope of us being back online tommmow

Half price enamel pie dishes from Lakeland. Free click and collect.
I use these for little individual pies and crumbles and they are great
