We used to eat a lot of it, the pieces can be a little bit like the texture of chicken crossed with mushroom but not quite. :o

Mr TS was veggie when I met him, the Quorn mince is very good in bolognaises you can hardly tell the difference with all the flavouring your normally add and no fat swimming on top. ;)

The pieces we always cooked in curries as you need something to give it a good flavour, better in tomato based curries rather than creamy ones like korma but the girls used to eat a quorn korma when they were younger.

Mrs makes a lot of curry with it as well:)

I think I mentioned I lost 3lb the other week not bothered to stand on scales while I had lurgy and after what I have eaten today. I wouldn't be surprised if I have put on again. :o

Thank-you Tiny ..it was September when we booked it...been a bit up an down because of the trouble in Eygpt but Government are allowing the Nile Cruises to go ahead and that is good enough for us ;)

Just one thing that occurred to me. Do not be alarmed when they mount the sub machine gun on the back of the boat. They did that when we went down the Nile more than 5 years ago.

What boat are you going on by the way?

I told you it was all that wine you were drinking ;)

Regarding your post about dreaming of TM .TINYSHOES and what she looked like cjj had plaited brown hair :)
It was a bizarre dream as we were in A and they were trialling this free cafe and it was basically anything from the supermarket and you could just help yourself and I was meeting cjj there as she lived in the next town but even weirder was the children were playing in a floatation pit when someone came out shouting someone has taken this flotation a bit to seriously and done a turd in the floatation tank and everyone started screaming and running out  go figure :rotfl::rotfl: I have no idea what goes on in my head in the day let alone when I'm asleep :rotfl:

I remember I had to walk up lots of steps to get to her door, and she didn't even invite me in. :rotfl:

She had grey curly hair in my dream, sorry TM. :o

It was one of the nights when I was ill that I had the dream I had woken up dripping buckets took some more paracetamol and managed to get back to sleep, so I expect I was a bit delirious. :rotfl:
