i never knew that either  its the day for exciting discoveries I learnt today if you whisk the juice form a tin of chickpeas with sugar it makes egg free meringues  sounds weird but works can also be used in other recipes

I am told you could then dry the chickpeas themselves, place in a roasting tin, spray with Frylight & season with salt, chilli etc, cook 15mins, for a low cal version of nuts.

    lol NOT TESTED!! x

We do need to try this, out of one tin of chickpeas we could have meringue and nuts... :D:D:D:D

My DIY crackers for the hen weekend arrived this morning :D

So now I just have to figure out what I'm gonna put in them :o

I've got paper hats which I'm going to personalise, jokes which I'm coming up with as time passes and little chewy sweets like blackjacks and fruit salads :D the crackers are for the meal part of it which brides mum will be at so I can't do anything too tacky

these are good as cracker fillers

It's a miracle it's any flavour rhos. I was making two at the same time . A lemon cake and soaking fruit in tea for a tea loaf which I'm making tomorrow.
Put lemon cake in oven and soaked fruit in tea and put that to one side.

40 minutes later I found the sugar which should have gone into the tea loaf mix, and thought I'd left it out the sponge mix......are you still with me?:rotfl:

So I opened the oven to throw out the cake .......the one I thought I'd forgotten to put the sugar in .......and realised I had indeed put the sugar in but caught the bowl with my oven glove and the sugar went everywhere:o
Put the cake on a plate and turned it upside down....it slipped out my hand and the plate smashed:o

    Keep up at the back:rotfl:

Anyway....just grab a slice ......I'm putting the kettle on:)

I was feeling a little bit jealous, but now I am just feel sympathy!

Probably doesn't help much but offer not showing for me on Quorn or Meal Deal, using chrome, and not signed into asda dotcom (I am never signed into Asda).

I have succumbed to one meal deal on way home, results due about 13.40.

    Happy belated BIrthday MKS x
    I had a good run in sains, got 2000, 1000, 2 x 200, 1 x 500 and has 2 x 200 from yesterday think thats was right what i got
I cannot check out still with boots, stuff goes in basket ok but then cant check out :(

Have you tried clearing your cookies bubbs, I had that happen couple years back. Think from memory it was a cross over of having things in my basket not being logged in and different things while I was logged in if that makes sense and some had gone OOS.

Empty your basket logged in and log out, refresh page makes sure your basket is empty logged out if not empty it. Then close page and clear your cookies. Worth trying.
