Right - I am going with my best guesses on the prices of some of the branded lollies. I am taking the Cornetto 5 pack as being £1 - I have never known of any other price on them. I have seen very little of them at all. I have seen a lot more of the Cornetto 4 pack, some of which are in nearly every store if not every store - that they want you to have at £1.97! You will be very lucky indeed I feel if you find the Cornetto 5 pack in your M. I have the Walls X Pop Ice lollies in two stores - stock in one of them - and showing 91p in both - that said some of the others have gone up and I've seen unchanged SELs in some stores but do have a changed SEL in the one store that has stock, so I am going with the 91p price as shown. I am thinking the Nestle Toffee Crumble Sticks are unchanged at 95p - the Fruit Shoot Lollies were unchanged. I am also thinking the Wall's Funny Feet is unchanged. I have an unchanged SEL for that from one store, but no stock and that's all I have. Nonetheless, I'll go with that as I trust that store a bit more on its OOS items:eek:. I reckon the Cadbury's Button Cones will have increased in price though. I have no stock and no SELs at all from the thirteen different stores from across Saturday and Monday - so if they are around they may be rare now but, then again, this is just like the situation when, at my fourteenth new store before, I would be finding additional items that I didn't have before. Or it may appear at the twenty-second next store:rotfl:. Some M own brand cones (4x110ml) have gone onto 2 for £2, but I think they have had an individual price increase for that - I think they were straight £1 last time and really I would be looking at sub-£1 as I seem to think, probably rightly, they, or something very similar, were on 2 for £1.80 on their last mbuy offer. So, probably avoid them now! Schweppes cans have gone from £1.43 to... guess what? 2 for £5:rotfl::eek:!

H&S shampoos/conditioners that were £3 are off too! Now individual price increase and 3 for £10:rotfl:. Thus costing £1 more when buying 3 now than they were to buy three last week.

The Kellogg's 5 Grain Super Porridges are being crossed off. They were 70p RTC, but have now gone to "[Strike]£1.99[/Strike] £1" 'offer' until sometime in March:(.

Apart from the lollies that changed last week, there has been very little change on the frozen items in M, so the meal deal should continue to work.

The Pepsi 30 cans packs (I know you were all getting Cokes:rotfl:) are still £5 RTC in M but seem to me to be very sparse in M now, so that I think now, before the prices update, is their best chance on the APG if they even ever pick up M's £5 price.

Baxter's tinned soups, Batchelor's cup-a-soups and Batchelor's pasta are now 50p and Mug Shots continue on 40p, but all of these will only be useful in the event of glitches:rotfl:.

We need this to slip onto a 2 for £2 instore, not quite yet but maybe it in a couple of days' time:

Bloo Aqua Toilet Gel with Micro Crystals (750ml)

    £1.98 26.4p / 100ml

    Store_8.15px.png
    [Strike]£1.75[/Strike]
    £1.00

Meanwhile, a couple of the Matey bubble baths - useless pricematch £1:mad:, so not getting onto the list!

We need hidden 2 for £2 on these on Wednesday or Thursday - it is likely to compare on the APG against M at 50p each.

Walkers Mix Ups Popcorn Mix - Sweet & Salty Flavour (110g)

    Store_2.15px.png
    £1.98 £1.80 / 100g
    • Store_1.15px.png
      £1.99
    • Store_3.15px.png
      £1.75 *
    • Store_8.15px.png
      £1.99 *

TBG should not work:( - it is 50p RTC in M.

Typical :(that :mad:it seems A does not now stock Cheese & Worcester Sauce 150g or Cheese & Bacon 150g as they are each 50p in M too.

(There are some different 120g versions online, so, maybe a cheeky downsize on those perhaps?:()

I've now got some of the 'priority' items onto the M list - some of the ones I think are very good. None of which will stand any chance of working on the APG until the system is updated. (List is on page 39 on 40 posts per page setting, approx. post 1555.) M certainly don't seem to want you to have the 8 pack Penguins at 67p for too long - looks like that offer is on for only a week.

I still have lots of items to go through, including many air freshener items that may well be what should have been priority items. However, they will have to be done later today. Aussies are on 2 for £5 in M - except for a couple of them, one that is on an RTC price (that appears to work out worse than the mbuy price, because it is a different individual price it doesn't seem to be on the mbuy at all).

    Snack-a-Jacks Salt & Vinegar (26g)

    Store_8.15px.png
    30p £1.15 / 100g

      62p *:mad::mad:
Maybe the 'up to 7 days' will work, does anyone know how we can see if this will still appear? But could it pick up an M price from instore from a date on which it appear to be OOS online on a.com? Will need to wait about 2 days before being able to try it.

Pretty expensive anyway - a small pack at 27p:eek::rotfl:.

I know it's already been mentioned that the Mullers (Corners, Lights and Rices) are 10 for £2 in M. So, I'll leave it at that, as I have never known them compare to that offer from the APG. I won't bother to get details of individual ones - I could have spent a whole lot of time collecting details of that but then not collecting much else. So I did not bother - they are all in M, they are all on 10 for £2 and you know about them anyway.

Tesco will be doing buy 2 get 2 free on medium Easter eggs from 15th Feb... £1.50 each

I found this on a page I read this morning, not checked it yet. A lot of the easter eggs didn't show last week on msm for asda - maybe they are just starting to filter through now so won't be too long before we start finding good comparisons/triggers. I love easter eggs lol

    Morning All x

I saw this on Monday night in T (that's where I went for a small part of the night before coming here). The Easter eggs on the 3 for £10 are different size eggs I believe to these T ones. We are looking for T to go to £2 on those, bigger eggs, next week.

On these "medium size" eggs on the b2g2"f" - alternatively "pay twice as much and get another two offer" - I saw this offer instore but thought about it and decided not to go for it. I thought: is this not simply the same as £1.50 and any 4 for £3? It is isn't it? It's exactly the same thing. I'm waiting for 2 for £1.50 on some of these types of eggs, hopefully from Morries. So, I was not going to buy at the same price and merely have to buy twice as much from T:(.

From my view, it is buying too much and therefore spending twice as much as what I need to (albeit getting twice as many eggs, two of which I don't need). As 2 for £1.50 is my price for two eggs, working out at 75p each, it is therefore, at £1.50 each (albeit getting two "free"), paying twice as much for the non-free 2 eggs than I would pay (on the 2 for £1.50 divided by 2 offer that I hope comes back) in order to get the "free" eggs. In other words, the two "free" eggs are within the £1.50:eek: price of each of the other two! Pretty expensive! It's not free in my view. It is £1.50 or any 4 for £3. More than I need - buying too much, spending too much. They want people to spend more - and the word "free" is a very powerful word. I have twisted it my way however and turned it into 4 for £3 - and I'm not buying four at that price!

Whilst I was there, I thought T was quite expensive on quite a lot:rotfl:. The RTC shelf - they must be having a laugh! Well over £2 for some damaged cereal boxes! I would pay £1 or less. Crisps - still £1.19:eek:. 50p or lower is my price. Everyday Cottage Pie 400g 95p - M is 93p (and I would want a cheaper price than even that). Milk 4 pints £1 - 89p A, M and Aldi (and possibly Lidl). Eday Carrots 50p for 1kg. M Wonky Carrots (1.5kg) 50p (so works out much cheaper than T's everyday expensive price - albeit I know the carrots are different shapes in M so maybe not fair of me to compare them like this - but, anyway, I use the M ones as my own acceptable (to me) substitution) - or actually 35p on M's "wonky" version it seems if you get them on their 'expiry' date (and they last a lot longer!). Tbh, I can't tell the difference between some of the carrots in those "wonky" packs and the normal packs.

My T had lots of SELs for different own label cake slices - 44p "RTC" - but no stock at all of any of them and only stock left of the ones at 89p price:rotfl:. Anyway, with my cynicism, I thought this was a very good way to shift them at still high unit prices - given that I only go for cake slices now when they are whoopsied on 9p (somewhere else maybe) on the day of their BB. Seems like a very good thing to me, from stores' points of view, to clear them out at 44p rather than the same thing on 9p whoopsie:rotfl:. (I also thought it was 44p because if it was 45p, people might round that up mentally to 50p and be less likely to buy them:rotfl::rotfl:. There's a reason why that price ends in a "4";). There is a reason why everything is what price it is in the supermarkets, as it is completely cynical.)
