Chimney fire sounds awful, you will have to post a picture of your new cooker (and kitchen). I need inspiration.

The only thing that I am set on is having an AGA (although it is likely to be a second hand one and only after we have saved up:D) x

Bit of a way off SSM, building work starting end of March, kitchen units ordered for end of April. Worktops beginning of May.

Mr TS wants us to buy cooker now as I have seen "the one" but I think space is going to be a premium while the kitchen is out of action and I don't want any guarantee running while it is stood not being used I want to buy nearer the time. And our plumber did say he can move the gas and temporarily fit our current cooker with something that we can disconnect each day work is done and put back again so we don't have to live off takeaways. :T So I don't feel there is an immediate rush. ;)

Thanks tweets, I would hate to think her dad is not getting the help he is entitled too. Everything my mum had loaned to her was a godsend. I didn't need to think about it, the occupational therapists were lovely they sorted it all.

Snap replied she going to look now :)

I hope her dad gets everything he's entitled ;)

Just enjoyed a lovely Valentine's lunch cooked by DH. It may be frugal February but thanks to the elite we were able to enjoy a nice bottle from one of last year's mystery fizz boxes with it.

Of course someone else had to get in on the act:

Snap my mum was supplied with a table tray on wheels similar to those in hospital, please check your dad is not entitled to something similar before you spend anything. It is the occupational therapist you need to talk to. x

Thanks TS - it's an over bed tray we need as no room for a table to go over bed. Mum wants Dad out of bed :o
She has emptied the middle section of their library to house him & his posh bed. The other book shelves are attached to the walls so gives limited space - but he is only sleeping in there at night.

I see Snap's red light is on so please if anyone has anyway of giving her a nudge about my previous post before she goes ahead and buys a table.

I am sure she said her dad was coming home with a hospital bed so I am 99% sure he should be entitled to a tray table with it. I may be wrong but if you don't ask you don't get. ;)

    Bless you All ♥

    I've bought this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/391174205688?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3FssPageName%3DGSTL%26_nkw%3D391174205688%26_rdc%3D1

More APG than I expected, but used a £10.43 APG and the bill was only £14.60.
Had a lovely SA who said, this is a good deal ins't it, but was well impressed when I produced my APG... she was in no way a trout!
