Evening all.:D
Hope you are all ok. I've been busy and just caught up. Can we have the happy, cheeky nightshift back please.;)
Bubbs sorry about your bil. Hope the chemo helps.
Qoc, I see you found some eye candy to cheer you up :rotfl:
Family outing today for the men in the family to try on wedding suits. DS1 wants tail coats, posh waistcoats and cravats. DS2 and DH not so keen,:rotfl: All went well.
Rhosy, I kept up with your dress hunt for your DD's weddings. As I'm mother of the groom I'm on the hunt too. It needs to be stunning, as DS1's prospective mil has thrown down the gauntlet, in a manner of speaking. She told me in no uncertain terms that as mother of the bride, she will be next best dressed after the bride  My immediate thought was 'we'll see about that'!!;) The hunt is on.:D Any views on this dress?

Does anyone remember A Game of Two Halves?
They once told David Ginola an anagram of his name.
See if you can fill in the blanks:
-A-INA -IL-O
I can't think of anything else whenever I hear his name now :rotfl:
Oooh ...lets play that game where we " do" anagrams of our user names:T:T:T

I needed new oven gloves and knew I was going near M&S and I had vouchers to spend
However the pair I liked were £15:o
When I got in store they were scattered all over the place....behind the table mats there was a pair "hidden", the exact ones I wanted to match the kitchen . They didn't have a price on and the label was missing...so off I trotted to the till. The SA rang someone to get a price and she was told they were in the sale for £3.99:T:T
Happy days:)
I had everything down from on top of DD3's wardrobe today there are 4 pairs of oven gloves up there.
Was going to get a new pair down as pair we are using has gone through the lining a bit but Mr TS said wait until we get the kitchen done. His fault if we burn ourselves between then and now.
Was like an Aladdin's cave up there the treasures I found, 20 steak knives.:o
Does anyone remember the "Time for Tea" range that was cheap from Ts. I have the cake stand, cups and saucers, 2 tea cosys, and oven glove and tea towel set. Can't wait to have tea and cake when my new kitchen is finished.
There were 5 of those 8p glass casseroles dishes.:o:o
I think Mr TS hoped if I had a sort out I would be getting rid of something but afraid I only added to it with the new stuff I got in the Ts sale this year the white crock pot, geese measuring spoons and the bamboo cook book stand. :rotfl:
I also found a couple of things I was meant to give DD1 for xmas.0 -
