Talking of hunks I missed out hugging one of them today in Liverpool lol. There were two one was playing a guitar and the other was just standing next to him with a sign saying free hugs . I though I ll just go into Boots and get one after. When I came out he was gone :(

Everybody seems to hate Scottish Power but I seem to be the odd one out and I've had very little problems with them.
My only niggle has been that they are always keen to increase my direct debit but I am also keen for them not too so there is a "power struggle" :rotfl: going on :D
I know how much I am using and monitor it and I don't see any point in being hundreds in credit.

One month when I started a new contract they forgot to take my DD out so I rang them and I was told it was normal and not too worry. My nerve cracked in week 3 of that month and I rang and made a manual payment as I had never not been in credit.

apart from that its been plain sailing.

I never received a bill & couldn't access my account online for over 18 months whilst I've been with Scottish Power. It was an absolute nightmare. During this time I had major family upheavals & lost my mum so it was just one more thing to cope with. I'm still with them as I've had a really good package but it's coming to an end so I need to start researching. Not looking forward to it.
