You may want those items where M has put its price down but not by nearly enough, so are a bit more expensive in M, but where A hasn't now put its price up to match:(. I had a thought about the 6 pack Kiwi (but again it's fresh items on which I especially don't trust the collectors) at 75p in M. It was 50p in A - but I see A is now thwarting us again and has put its price up to 75p:mad::mad:. So, now, if they compare, they gain 7 or 8p! And work out still expensive:rotfl:.
I did a different shop earlier - it's not going to give back much - those cereal boxes against T but A has put its prices down except on the Coco Pops - so the others now won't give much back as not putting much in in the first place - but I did manage to get it to a shop of 8 different items and, miraculously, managed to find my A in stock of all of them! I think the key is the Crunchy Nut Cornflakes (we do need way more of them given that one entire box has just now been consumed!, hence my shopping) have not got anything other that the price on the label in my store, so that they (that is shoppers generally) won't notice it!:D:T The Shredded Wheat bitesize has "Rollback" on it, protruding from the shelf:(:(, so they were a bit depleted but still in stock for me, and, with A having rolled back a bit but not to T's price, hopefully I have managed to pull them back a bit more by comparing them against T.
I was just looking at t.com - after I'd done the shop:o:doh: - trying to find some McVities that they don't have and fortunately having no luck finding them - so, it looks like I may have 'won' on that Rollback item too! Actually buying Rollback items today:eek: - but the main benefit was I didn't have to get big wombles to pay for the bill and it should work out the same. I will make a point of claiming the fairly small (by my standards) voucher back! Really, though, when it's like this, you may as well spend the wombles on a muggle's shop, whether 8 items or not, and then find another womble that gives more back than any APG you would have got! Probably an easier way - just buy 2 or 3 items and then find a successful womble. But, I did manage to cobble together an 8 different item shop (no glitches).
Anyway, whilst I am continuing instead with M a bit, I'll think about the items that might lose a little.0 -

SP Chocolate Mousse, nowadays, should lose a little - should be 27p vs 35p, so about 4 or 5 pence lost.
And another thought - if you really want to spend money:eek: - are those 'fresh' Chicken Breast Fillets that used to compare at under £5 for A but a bit more expensively at M - however I am not sure that M has the comparable version anymore so they may not work (in the sense of losing APG).0 -

SP Mushy Peas as well now, they should lose a couple of pence since they have gone up to 20p in M!
So, let's start a Savvy list:D:D.
SP Chocolate Mousse 27p 35p LOSS 4.5p
SP Tuna Chunks 53p 72p LOSS 11.8p
SP Mandarin Pieces 35p 59p LOSS 18.1p
SP Mushy Peas 16p 20p LOSS 2p
Grower's Selection Bananas 5 pack 77p 99p (I'm using Sal's womble above for inspiration now - looks like the Pure Orange Juice and the Pineapple Juice lose as well on there but are they M mbuy prices? Orange and Mango Juice looks good - 60p vs £1.00!:rotfl:) LOSS 12.1p
Loose Parsnips £1.29/kg vs whatever ridiculous price in M they have been (just as high as Sains on those:eek:). LOSS depends on how much you buy:doh:. M about £1.71/kg on the parsnips - something like that as I see Sainsbury's loose item is apparently now missing from msm.
Losses, in all cases, are if they work (if they pick up M's price).
It's a bit against my nature to think of buying products on which they actually are more than 10% cheaper in A:eek: and especially buying them on an APG shop!
Actually that's not a Savvy list as I haven't described the products absolutely specifically:rotfl: - but, I'm just doing this quickly and it should be quite clear what items I am referring to.
