A liberty bodice, with rubber buttons  :rotfl::rotfl:
OMG, I loved liberty bodices! We also had frocks. In comparison to other families in the community we were quiet well off, all 5 of us had a new wardrobe in spring and autumn. In Autumn, the girls all received fur capes and fur mufflers (I may have the name wrong but they hung from the neck and you put your hands in them). Whilst mum would give the last lot of clothes to the neighbours, she would never give our capes/mufflers (I think she only wanted her girls wearing them).
I was (and still am) traumatised when mum gave my orange and white summer frock, matching cardi, shoes and bag that I loved to a neighbours girl who was mean to me.
I contrast I made my own kids wear clothes out before they were replaced 100 100

Had to take my darling Tessa to the vets this morning as her groomer said she could feel a lump. Vet took a sample and will get back to me in a week. £111 so far :eek: Is that normal price.
