How rude. I spoke to my brother who is a wiz at maths and he said there are actually 2 answers - 12 or 18 depending how you look at it.
I have actually been self employed for 16 years by choice but have always worked with numbers since I joined the Nat west in 1971.

There can't be two answers, the whole point of having rules, like BIDMAS, is so that there is no confusion and only one possible answer.

Thanks good idea.:A He will stay at a Welsh uni as wants to study in Welsh so I will get him to check xxx

I never thought of Welsh universities actually teaching in Welsh. A lot of students are from overseas, I wonder how they cope. Googled it, it seems that there are some opportunities to learn in Welsh but it is limited.

Seems to be the one to go for for welsh provision. Even reading through the gloss it paints, there is not that much actual teaching in Welsh.

both my girls did their degrees in welsh which they wanted to do, they even got grants for it, certain jobs around here if you have not worked in welsh you cant do. like teaching, social work etc also a lot of the law firms prefer it ..

Sorry tbw I didn't see your earlier post.....I'm just wondering how TCB will "see" the £25 spend?

With hindsight, I don't think they will see it. I was locked into the mindset of total spend after multi buys that allowed the use of conditional spends. I should have realised that tab would only see the final total after vouchers. My fault but I'm probably not the only person to fall into that little trap.

I'll go back to cursing BT and leave TCB alone.

First time I have shopped the meal deal, mince and Haribos a BIG THANK YOU to N1LDA :T

    Woops AGP £11.00

1x Chicago Town Four Cheese Pizza Takeaway £3.75 £3.87
2x ASDA Butcher's Selection British Lean Turkey Mince £7.00 £4.00
    1x McCain Lightly Spiced Wedges (750G) £1.85 £1.00
1x Dr Oetker Ristorante Pizza Calzone Speciale (290) £1.50 N/A
    1x Haribo Super Mix Bag (160G) £0.79 £0.50
1x Weetabix Protein Crunch Chocolate Flavour (450G)£2.98 £1.42
    1x Starmix Bag (160G) £0.79 £0.50
1x Young's Chip Shop Extra Large Fish in Beer Batter£2.00 N/A
    1x Ben & Jerry's Caramel Chew Chew Ice Cream £4.00 £2.00
    1x Carling British Cider (4X440) £4.50 £3.00
Comparison total (compared products only) £25.66 £16.29
    +£9.37 cheaper

Are those the Young's Extra Large Fish not picking up the M price of £1?:( Unfortunately it's made your Haribo glitch worthless. However, at least the APG is not even larger:eek: - though :(:(it would have been cheaper (all stores being equally available which they probably aren't) to have bought the shop except for the Young's fish in A and bought the Young's fish in M at £1 as A's system is currently unable, it seems, to make A 10% cheaper on it:(. And - that's it:( - if we are on Wednesday's information - I don't know that we are - then the M offer is due to end on 14th February so there are now no more chances on the APG (apart from historical receipts where they've already bought it in the past and assuming it was ever picked up on the APG) or, if it's not yet on Wednesday, then there's probably one more chance this time round (unless M extend the offer and show the SELs for it in the stores the APG uses, in which unlikely(?) case it may have further chances).

But the N/A is outweighed by other stuff you got, but then if it hadn't been bought (at full £2:eek:) it would have been better still. We win and some we lose I suppose.

Buy Young's Extra Large Fish Fillets in Beer Batter in M! Where we are already having to buy the Salt & Vinegar version as the beggars in A don't have it:(:rotfl:.
