Hope that you and the boys are good. x

I is an Elite Trampette and proud of it, I is :j

I do still keep up with Elite as much as I can, though not doing much glitching and have been living out of my freezer and stash cupboard quite nicely ;)

Boys are good, was down with them for New Year and they came up here to clear out my shed for me mid January, which really needed doing and I just can't do this sort of thing myself due to general arthritis and my poor knees. I do so depend on Steve and Andy as well as my dear neighbour

I had Humanist ceremony for Mr 3Dogs and it was lovely. First experience of them was when my nephew died 20 years ago and that was a wonderful service, which led to us having the same for Dad, and then Mam. Unless you are an active church goer, I totally recommend them. You can still have religious content, like I had Lords Prayer for Alan. You have whatever you want really. Totally tailor made to your wishes

Anyway, back to Asda.com to complete my online order for tomorrow, as delivery time reserved till 5.20
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(

    Near a W?

Lots of free pancake related Tate and Lyle stuff has appeared on CoS and CS (6 items on each, on until 12/2), must buy in Ocad0 or W (CoS) or W (CS) so W most likely for most people.

    Blueberry syrup
    Maple syrup
Organic agave nectar (no idea what that is!)
    Icing sugar sprinkle
    White sugar and stevia
    Brown sugar and stevia

Lots of other Tate & Lyle £1 Cashback too when bought in C0-0p.

    Hth
