    Good morning all.
So the ring saga continues......the lady came at 10am (on time and super lovely) but unfortunately the ring was just a smidge too small so she didn’t take it (she was super chatty and lovely; I do wish it had fit her as it would have a lovely positive lady to be with now  ). The other lady said she would fb message at 5 when she left work, by 7pm I had heard nothing so messaged and she then replied saying she had just finished work, it had been chaos and she’d come today instead.....

If she turns up and wants it, great but I’m not getting my hopes up. I feel like she’s just messing me around a lot.

In more positive news, I sold an old suitcase yesterday for £12 and a top sold on Vinted for £4; so I sent £16 over to the mortgage (Vinted payment comes through once the items have been received by the buyer so will clear hopefully later in the week). I also did a small Tilly tidy to round down the joint account to the nearest £ too.

We also got lots of “froofy stuff” packed yesterday- candle holders, picture frames, bathroom accessories etc so several more boxes packed and quite a few things listed on FB marketplace and Olio

I didn’t however get the burgeoning pile for Vinted/EBay listed yesterday. I will try and take the photos after work tonight (hopefully it’ll still be light) and then get 5 done tonight. They can’t leave the house if they aren’t listed so we need to get them on and to new homes to reuse :)

    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

    Morning lovely mortgagefreewannabies!
Today I have woken with a bad headache, so painkillers have been taken and I’m hoping work isn’t too challenging today!

We have brought Oscar over with us today, so he can be getting used to the house and the other cat that is here; I think this is the 7th time he’s been to visit and the other cat has not been happy with the interloper! :open_mouth:  Luckily I have a lot of reading and spreadsheet work today so can keep an eye on him and do this in the front room and make sure we have no incident with the two ginger boys!

In ring news the lady didn’t show or message, as I thought. And I haven’t messaged her again as she was clearly just messing around. Disappointing but nothing really lost!

Prolific has been quiet for surveys I have found (at least for ones that can be done on an iPad; they’ve had loads that need a large PC screen yesterday and this morning; which I don’t currently have!) but I have dusted off OnePoll as remembered I had a fair bit of points; Ive been and checked and have now 1725- so over halfway to the payout of £25. I think I will try and remember to do it whenever I have a break and once its at £25 I think I’ll leave it.

No more sales on vinted or eBay since the weekend; however some of the vinted funds have started clearing now that customers are receiving their parcels. I had already overpaid the funds to the mortgage as soon as I sent the parcel so when the payment credits its simply restocking our joint account.

So far we have sent an extra £37.47 to the mortgage for April based on the sales and Tilly tidies which I’m quite pleased with really; all unplanned extra funds really which is great.

We’ve had questions from the mortgage broker regarding girlfriends buy to let flat; they are asking a lot more questions than our old provider which is making us worry a little. We are waiting for the buyer for ours to send through their questions as the Searches came back Wednesday last week. 34 days until the proposed completion date for selling our current home so we’re getting a tad nervous about it all! :smirk:

Oh totally agree, these ones annoyingly tested your screen resolution and auto-ended if it wasnt on a pc sized screen! Annoying though as they had loads yesterday and lots more today all for £1.25 each :D

They did need a big screen because of what you were doing - analysing the difference in quality between two 3D images. It was quite lucrative and therapeutic, but the system did get confused by the completion codes a couple of times, so I'm not sure I'll get all the money I should have.

Thanks KK. It is rather quiet on there otherwise at the moment, but I guess partly it's because it's been Easter and it's the holidays.
