I want to conduct a survey about MH with anyone who has posted here and elsewhere to build up a case about how they conduct themselves and send to OFT.
From first point of contact, text messages , vague contact me letters and every pint of contact down the line and time scale of each.
and also if the debt is statue barred or not yours etc
