Council tax summons which include costs

Just think, if Ed had put this much effort into paying his council tax we wouldn't even be in this situation.0

Of course you can when it suits your agenda. You quote section (2) but ignore section (5) which outlines what the 'sum outstanding' is - council tax & costs .
Sections cannot be picked out at random without looking at the rest of the regulation, at the least.
Anyway, how can it be deemed "illegal" when the High Court has yet to make a decision on the matter, so far it is just an opinion?0 -
because council are scamming people for around
3 m summonses per year
average scam about £50
£150,000,000 per year
As for "expert opinion" unless someone hear is a tax QC they are not an expert.
I realise I am wasting my time with people who cannot read legisatlion0 -
so far all you have done is react to other people's posts. You have yet to offer any evidence to support your case. All you have done is post the Freeman of the Land nonsense, pick one case at random off the internet (which was irrelevant to the point you tried to make), argue over semantics of a verb and then claim you are an "expert" at reading legislation??? Goodbye, your contribution to money saving is worthless. As for "expert opinion" unless someone hear is a tax QC they are not an expert.
