    Sections cannot be picked out at random without looking at the rest of the regulation, at the least.
    Of course you can when it suits your agenda.

    Anyway, how can it be deemed "illegal" when the High Court has yet to make a decision on the matter, so far it is just an opinion?

    £150,000,000 per year

    As for "expert opinion" unless someone hear is a tax QC they are not an expert.

    so far all you have done is react to other people's posts. You have yet to offer any evidence to support your case. All you have done is post the Freeman of the Land nonsense, pick one case at random off the internet (which was irrelevant to the point you tried to make), argue over semantics of a verb and then claim you are an "expert" at reading legislation???
