If you have received one of our 'buzzness cards' you might be wondering why it’s an envelope… and why there are some seeds inside it! These seeds are wildflower seeds and are a little present from us to the honeybees.

By planting these wildflower seeds you’ll be helping to provide food and shelter for our furry little friends. Plant them in your back garden, on a grassy bank, or even throw them into some soil on a deserted building site (the bees don’t mind where their flowers grow!)

They have run out of money but not seeds so they are now asking that you send them a stamped self addresses envelope to get your seeds sent back to you.
I got this in an email this morning:

If you’d still like a free packet of seeds, then please send us a stamped addressed envelope (just a normal sized envelope with your home address written on it and with a second class stamp stuck on it) to:

Dear Friends of Just Bee Drinks!

Thank you for visiting our website and requesting free wildflower seeds. We have been (literally) overwhelmed with your support to help Save The Bees with us! We think you are totally BUZZIN’!

We are Joe and Andy, two friends who left our jobs last year to setup Just Bee Drinks (if you want to know more about the drinks have a quick look at our website… https://www.justbeedrinks.co.uk).

But its not just about drinks! Being from a family of beekeepers we are especially aware of the plight of honeybees.

One simple way we can all help is by planting bee friendly wildflower seeds, because it provides more food for our furry little friends. Hive Five!

Since we started Just Bee in April 2015, we have been mailing out free packets of seeds to anyone that wants them! Until last Thursday, we had sent out about 150 packets… and so it came as quite a shock when we received over 15,000 requests in two days last weekend!

But the truth is, we are are small start-up company and don’t yet have the capacity (or the money!) to post 15,000 packets of seeds – it would cost us £7,500 in postage alone! And we hand make every packet of seeds at the moment, even my Granny has been helping ...

But this is such a great opportunity to help the bees we don’t want to ignore it and do nothing either!

So what we’d like to do is this…

How to claim your free packet of bee-friendly wildflower seeds!

If you’d still like a free packet of seeds, then please send us a stamped addressed envelope (just a normal sized envelope with your home address written on it and with a second class stamp stuck on it) to:

(please remember to include a stamp on the addressed envelope or we won’t be able to send your seeds!)

We’ll then buzz you back a packet of bee-friendly seeds as quickly as possible!

As mentioned, these seeds are handmade so please give them some time to arrive – we'll be having some very late nights and granny hasn’t done 8 hour shifts for a few years !!!

We are really sorry that we have to ask for the stamped addressed envelope to send your free seeds

I knew I had seen it somewhere ! I only searched the no spend board.
