Hi
Anyone have a rough guideline for me, I have had mortgage offer for remortgage / transfer of equity. Solicitor is in on Monday(as on holiday now so should have offer by then)
We are all using same solicitor and the lender has solicitor on their panel of lenders.
We need to transfer 55% to me & my partner, and give her brother 56k with 4kish being left over going to us for fees / hopefully a few quid over for home improvements. Valuation / Survey came in fine.
What do people think for completion time? I am hoping for 15th Feb, is that too optimistic? Just one week?

Formal mortgage offer was received this morning in the post, weirdly still cant see a credit check on equifax (i get weekly updates as part of capital one) nor did they phone up my partner to confirm her hours with HR as shes going back part time from maternity
but anyway had formal mortgage offer, solicitor should have his now and is back from Holiday on Monday, all using same solicitor - how long do you think? end of next week too optimistic?0 -
PS they only use Equifax, its Kent Reliance thats why its odd, I did send them a copy of it though as part of my document request so perhaps thats why?0
