This prize includes:
• Three night hotel stay in New York with breakfast (based on two people sharing a standard double or twin room). The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals.
• Return airport-hotel and event transfers
• Meal at Aureole
• Entry to New York clubs for New York Club Crawl (or alternative for winners aged between 18-20 years old)
• Breakfast at Tick Tock Diner
• Travel Insurance
Prize specific terms:
• Dates of travel are weekends, between 15th September – 13th December 2016 & 12th January – 28th March 2017, excluding local and US national holidays.
• Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Winner and his/her guest must be 21 or over for New York Club Crawl.
• Dress code for Aureole & New York Club Crawl is smart. No sports shoes, baggy jeans or shorts.
• For the Club Crawl, participants must take government issued photo identification.
• Winners under 21 will be treated to one of the latest shows on Broadway in lieu of the Club Crawl.
• Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
• Winner and his/her guest must have valid passports and applicable visas and permissions.
• Winner and his/her guest are responsible for registering with the US Visa Waiver programme: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov if applicable.
• Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize
