Any Topcashback experts on here? ... to do with payouts

Hi, having an issue with payout, wanting it through BACS but it will not let me use anything but Amazon voucher :-( I have been through every menu and all the help and FAQ, but I can't find an answer. It's odd because I was able to withdraw from this yesterday... can anyone advise please?

Some merchants only pay via Amazon vouchers. No other option.

Has anyone had any luck with National Lottery payouts? I waited literally months for the payment to move into confirmed. But now it has been sat in confirmed for over month (the 'estimate payable' was 3 weeks).
