Hi boogie,
Is it a bill as a result of self employment or just one of those saying you need to make an additional payment to top up your N.I fund?
I'm sure if it's self employed N.I it'll be included but check with your O.R; they don't mind answering queries that arise during bankruptcy and generally respond quickly. If it's a voluntary request then just igmore it.

hi richard.
i was made b.r by the inland revenue for tax and ni contributions and i suppose this demand for self employed ni contributions is just a final one from another office.0 -

Hi boogie,
It'll almost definitely be included in your bankruptcy. I would just send it to your O.R with a brief letter and they'll deal with it.
