90% LTV over £750k?

Hi

Is anyone aware of any lenders that will do 90% LTV over £750k?

Scottish Widows used to do up to £1m, but now seem to require 85% LTV above £750k. I have spoken to a mortgage broker who couldn't find anyone else-but don't think she was 'whole of market'.

Mortgage would be for me and my wife-both with good credit ratings and salaries.

Its worth speaking to another broker.
There are lenders who will do it subject to affordability and credit etc.

I do not get too many enquiries for £750k Mortgages being in Manchester so I do not know that market as well as others. Off the top of my head I think rates may be a little above the high street, but with some research it may be possible to get something more in line with the high street.
