If it's gross and you are paid for all the hours that you work then it's £6.72 per hour.

Holidays are irrelevant to the calculation so ignore them.

    In 3 weeks you work 145 hours (2 x 50 - 1 x 45) and you're paid £975 (3 x £325).

    975/145 = £6.72

If your breaks are unpaid then subtract that time and revise the calculation.

First of all I am paid weekly and I my lunch break is paid and the above figure is Gross

So the weeks I work 5.5 days @6.72 per hr which is (50 hrs) works out to = £336
And the week I only work 5 days which is 45 hrs @ £6.72= £302

But my pay is £325 every week  I am a bit confused now

They've just averaged your pay over 3 weeks...that's all.

£336 plus £336 plus £302 then divide the sum by 3 is £325 a week.
