bank/court

I was just wondering if any one can help me-my mam is looking for the phrase that you can use in court to say that bank charges are illegal-but without actually using the word "illegal"
A man apparantly used it in his court case and it helped him win:confused:
this is what she wrote (she is too shy to write on here!)
I am still trying to find that one phrase that is 'all important' apparently to win the case. It's something where I can say the charges are 'illegal' without actually using the word 'illegal' if you understand. I know it's on Martin's website because I read it when I guy had just been to court and he'd used the phrase necessary - it's what won him the case.

I would just re-post. You might get some posts from people who have had the same experience.

And this is Cattie1's mam saying thank you to everyone for trying to help. Court case against LloydsTSB this afternoon at 3pm - but I'm not holding out much hope.
    Thanks again though.

Thanks rog2 - but I can't figure out why all I have ever been asked for from the court is my bank statements - they haven't required anything else and the judge has decided the case will only take 15 minutes and that's without the bank being there. Doesn't look good. I will let you know how it goes though. Thanks again for the support.
