cannot reset tesco online password

I have not used my Tesco online grocery account for a while but now need to do so. In the meantime I have forgotten my password. So I followed the forgotten password link and it sent me a reset email.

However when I tried to reset it . got bsck response that the reset screen had expired. This happened three times in a matter of minutes even though I responded as soon as the reset email hit my mail box.

Anyone else like to try this out and confirm it is notjust me?.(and yes, I do have the correct time displayed on my Tesco tablet!)

    When you go through this routine, you need when you get the link to right click on the mouse, not left click, and you may first have to delete cookies - otherwise it'll remember what happened last time.


    And, better to use a PC with Firefox, Google Chrome, or Explorer, avoid Safari!


    The new password will need a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and a punctuation sign e.g. # - try with ten or twelve characters.


    If you have continuing problems give them a call - you need the Grocery option, then website problems - should be able to talk you through it.
