I purchased and paid for, online, much wanted jackets in the sale for myself and OH on saturday. At the time of purchase XL and 2XL were available in stock
Now the shop is saying they don't have one of the jackets, yet the item is still available to buy online (2XL only) in the size I ordered, now full price,this the following day after I was told they don't have any. They have said their stock levels aren't as accurate as they should be.
The total order cost £198 and this has soured the whole purchase for me. Should I cancel the whole order
