Good Morning Everyone,
Im new to this site, and could do with some advise please.
I have recently changed my mortgage provider and in the process of claiming arrears fees from GE Money, £700 plus interest made up of £40 per month arrears fees,
I am at the money claim stage, but not sure weather to proceed after what I have been reading about the oft and the set aside of claims.
Any advise would be good.
Thanks a lot.
