I have my sharesave money coming to me in a week however wondering where to put it.
I have £18,000 coming from the sharesave, i also have a £3,000 loan at £115 a month then my mortgage is £30,000 interest only and £30,000 repayment.
So would i be right in paying off the loan then with the other £15,000 put that in to pay of £15,000 of interest only then ask the to put the other £15,000 to repayment?
I would also be looking at paying £15,000 for the next 3 years also into my mortgage.
