Home Buyer Reports Belfast

Hi all,

I am shopping around for a good, well priced home buyers report surveyor in Belfast.

Does anyone have any recomendaitons?

    Probably cheaper getting it through your mortgage provider. You'll need to get a basic valuation for your mortgage provider, you can't pick and choose this so pointless (in my opinion) getting an extra home buyers report independently. You'll pay twice, and it probably works out cheaper getting a home buyers report through your lender.

    Originally I had planned to pay the little extra but Unfortunately the lender no longer does home buyer reports, just valuation reports

    yup we went to pay that additional fee which our broker stated, but Virgin only took the valuation fee and emailed broker to say they no longer do them. I assume its only new as the broker would probably deal with them regularly?

    I'd be tempted to contact Virgin direct to confirm or post on the main forum asking if virgin only offer basic valuation.
