#Smallchanges Challenge Terms and Conditions:
This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom and the Republic Of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 GMT on 6th January 2016 and 23.59 GMT on 29th February 2016.
No purchase necessary; however internet access and a valid Facebook,Twitter or Instagram account is required
To Enter Either:
Log on to your Facebook account (or create one for free), then comment or attach a photo underneath OptiwellUK’s pinned Facebook promotional post of your #smallchanges that you have made for the New Year and include the #smallchanges to be entered into the prize draw.
Or
Log onto your Twitter account (or create one for free), follow @OptiwellUK and tag OptiwellUK in your comment on your #smallchanges that you have made for the New Year and include the #smallchanges to be entered into the prize draw.
Or
Log onto your Instagram account (or create one for free), follow @OptiwellUK and tag OptiwellUK in your comment on your #smallchanges that you have made for the New Year and include the #smallchanges to be entered into the prize draw.
Only entries that include the hashtag will be valid.
Twitter and Instagram entries must continue to follow @OptiwellUK after the end of the Promotion, for a minimum of 2 weeks, in order to be contacted if selected as a winner.
Maximum one entry per person, per social media platform, is permitted throughout the Promotion Period.
By entering the Promotion, entrants give their permission for their entries to be used by the Promoter without further compensation for up to one year for promotion purposes. Copyright will remain with the entrant. However, by entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to the Promoter publishing these entries on their website and possible further use on their website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the promoters choosing without any payment but with appropriate credit given to the original entrant for up to one year.
The Prize: One winner will win 1x weekend (2 days, 2 nights) for 2 people to New York with spending money.
Further Prize Details/Conditions:
The Prize is a trip to New York for two people staying in a double room in a four star hotel;
Return economy flights will depart from the winner’s nearest available international airport to New York;
The Prize also includes £1000 spending money for the winner and their guest and will be paid to the winner by BACS before their trip;
Airline seats are subject to availability;
The guest must be at least 18 years old;
The winner and their guest must travel together in both directions;
All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip;
Flight tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable;
Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted;
The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
If a flight or hotel booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternatives will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided;
The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest;
Return transfers from the winner’s home to the local international airport, as well as transport and transfers in New York, are not included;
The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, mini bar items, additional nights and services together with related taxes; A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services;
The Prize does not include meals, drinks, excess baggage, car parking charges, excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs; and
The Prize must be booked by 30th June 2016 and must be taken by 28th February 2017 excluding school holidays and Bank Holiday periods.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
Please allow up to 28 days to be contacted to discuss you Prize from the date of winner acceptance.
Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 6 working days of the closing date and, for your total confidence, by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via a direct message on Twitter or Instagram or a message under their original entry on Facebook (depending on their method of entry) within 7 working days of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.
Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by the Promoter or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder’s prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
promotes any political agenda.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.
Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
The name and county of the winner will be available by emailing hello@frieslandcampina.com with #smallchanges in the subject title after 1st March 2016 for 4 weeks.
By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
This Promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
