I know many of you will click this and mutter to yourself "another sale!".

Here's the link, I'm pleased to say that my recent buys from them have NOT been reduced.

Official MoneySavingExpert insert Tue 2 Feb: This latest M&S sale – up to 50% off – began on Tue 2 Feb, online and in some stores, and includes selected items in the women’s, kids’, home and lingerie departments. It hasn’t given us an end date for the sale, but said it’s while stocks last, so go quick if there’s something you want as some items have limited availability.

Big thanks to pjran for the original spot!

  • I thought sparks members were spose to get a heads up on this.
    Whether we win or lose,
that we played at all was a winning decision. :D

  • If you have a certain number of points you should get a preview of the sale.

I have sufficient points for preview, but received no notification.
I don't see the benefit in Sparks. I took up offer last month to buy two' heat-gen' tops - £5 off for certain number of points. The following week there was a much better offer for everyone, still current, for buy one get one half-price. I phoned and complained but the Sparks department is an outsourced call centre so not sure if anyone took any notice. I have just rung again to complain about not receiving email re sale (not that I want anything!) and this time rang Customer Services rather than the Sparks number. £5 voucher on its way....

  • Literally bought underwear in their sale less than 2 weeks ago.

Guess I'll be going back for more.

Birmingham is still full of the last sale......
  • We do better than that at their shop at Ashford Outlet - but just like their shop, the smaller sizes are hard to find! Yet another useless M&S online sale!

I love their penny bazar in Newcastle. Got a few pairs of jeans there. Lovely soft quality but I refuse to pay £30-£40 for a pair of jeans so these get reduced a lot

I telephoned to ask and I was told that this current sale is not a Sparks Sale - it is an M&S Sale. I didn't think there were two different types of M&S Sale. The person seemed to think it was not an oversight that there hadn't been advance notice of the sale for M&S Sparks Cardhoders - just that this is not a Sparks Sale.

Another qualifying Sparks holder here - also didn't get the alert.

My tailored offers have been a joke - inevitably obscure food items and I don't do my food shopping at M&S. I found the 'new' sale when I went in to trawl through the many 'final reductions' rails from the last sale.

Did you know that M&S are stopping hot drinks stamp cards in their cafe in favour of Sparks offers? the lady at the till said "like coffee and a cake for £3.20".... I usually just buy a pot of tea, so boo!

Maybe we should have a grumble about 'sparks' thread. I bought a new bathmat. My next sparks offer was 20% off a bathmat ! Like I'm going to get a new one every week. Irrelevant e mails and offers that offer you nothing. 20 % off what you never buy and points you can't use, its just like the offers I got with my M & S charge card. I complained about that too. They received my e mail, but never replied.
Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
