    Does everyone elses chime? mine doesnt make any noise at all but was sealed in the packet. Ive emailed them incase it was a faulty batch. Also, does your red handle at the bottom move as mine does and wonder if thats the problem..

    Just checked mine and the handle does not move and it chimes. Hope you get a replacement.
