Best lifetime tracker (below 2%)?

Hi,
I am looking for the mortgage (remortgage) with the lowest rate (and reasonable fees) for a lifetime tracker (LTV below 40%).
I found 1.75% (+£999 fee) from Coventry BS, but then realised their flexx product is not really a tracker, but on variable rate (so they decide the rates).
After that, I found 1.99% (+£950 fee) from First Direct
or Woolwich 2.15% (no fee).
Anything else better on the market that I have missed?
