Apologies in advance if this thread is in the wrong forum.
Does anyone know, to sell a property, a new build less than 5 years old, is it the sellers responsibility to provide a RIC survey?
Living in England, I note it is different in Scotland.
Furthermore, if anyone has any experience with Shared Ownership and being told that you are required to provide this, I'd like to hear from you..
