Emerald Street submission error

I keep getting this message when I enter an Emerald Street comp:

'Client error response [url] https://apiconnector.com/v2/address-books/2764992/contacts [status code] 400 [reason phrase] Bad Request'

Has anyone else received this too and how did you resolve it?

I get that message too but I think it's because I unsubscribed to their regular emails a while back, because over Christmas I did some comes and they said we've entered you but we can't email you if you win. I'm just waiting to win something now to see if my theory is correct!
I've tried resubscribing but can't and I've emailed them to ask too but no reply yet.

I've been having the same problems with their comps since Christmas, I didn't unsubscribe though.

I get the same error because of a bit of unsubscribing last year and coming out of all mail chimp companies. However, I did win with Emerald Street on one of their daily beauty comps where there was lots of prizes. The prize just turned up in the post. so think you can still win, but not get a winning email

I have the same.problem and when click off and enter again it says sorry you've already entered this competition

I do hope this is the case because keep having problems with this site!
